Team Powerhouse is an internal recruiting department focused on bringing the best talent in the mortgage business to Homebridge. The PowerHouse Team is responsible for recruiting Retail Sales and Leadership roles, Operations, Wholesale, Call Center, and Corporate positions. Led by Chief Talent Officer, Dan Nieto, Team PowerHouse has been together since 2008 and focuses on connecting with local and national leadership to identify top candidates. The PowerHouse Onboarding Team consists of a new hire concierge and training team who are focused on working with new hires and local leadership and in ensuring a smooth and successful transition to Homebridge. Every new Mortgage Loan Originator is assigned a dedicated Concierge who assists with the initial onboarding process and who supports the new hire through the next 24 months. In addition, the Training Team and HelpDesk provide support for loan submissions and input.
